Ready Stock & Pre-Order Based
- Readystock items shipping within 1-2 working days.
- Pre-Order items shipping within 8-15 working days.
Please order separately for readystock and pre-order items if you need priority delivery for readystock items.
If the order consists of a combination of "READYSTOCK" & "PRE-ORDER" items, then the order will be shipped when all items are arrived.
After-Sales Service
- If there is any damage or quality problem of our items, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving parcel.
- For any reason of return or exchange, such as unsuitable size etc., customers need to bear the shipping costs themselves.
We dont accept refund & exchange for the following:
- not liking
- any items that have been visible worn
- any orders made with SALE, promotion codes, cash vouchers, store credit and specifically stated.
